Moffat Independent Hostel can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests across six bedrooms making us an ideal venue for group bookings. We have hosted all sorts of groups and events including family reunions, micro conferences, English Language courses, outdoor activity groups, and chess competitions!  Rates for whole hostel bookings start at £520 for 18 guests. Our rooms are as follows:

First Floor

• Superior double room with en suite - sleeps two people in one king-sized double bed
• Superior quad room with en suite - sleeps four people in two bunk beds with the option of additional bed.
• Standard quad room with en suite - sleeps four people in two bunk beds

Second Floor

• Standard quad room with en suite - sleeps four people in two bunk beds
• Twin room - sleeps two people in two single beds
• Twin room - sleeps two people in two single beds

Whole-Hostel Bookings

For a whole-hostel booking guests will have exclusive use of the public areas which include:

• Kitchen: Equipped with 2 x double hot plate hobs, 1 x grill, 1 x fan oven, 2 x microwaves, 1 x fridge, 1 x chest freezer, 1 x dishwasher, a full range of crockery, glassware, cutlery and kitchen utensils
• Dining Room: seats 12 people comfortably.
• Drying room with heated clothes drying racks and places to store and dry boots and equipment.
• Lock-up Garage monitored by CCTV: For the secure storage of bikes, kayaks, etc.
• Bike washing area: Equipped with hosepipe
• Lounge with comfortable seating and a pool table

Whole-hostel booking for up to 18 people:  £520 per night.

Over occupancy (up to an maximum of two extra two beds) is charged at: £20 per person per night.

Note:

• We do not accept stag or hen parties
• There can not be excessive noise after 10pm,
• There will be members of staff living on site throughout your stay, even for whole-hostel bookings.
